Data deletion request — Im.Age Djigbachats
This page describes how business users and message recipients can request deletion of data processed through Im.Age Djigbachats.
1. What this request covers
A deletion request may cover, where applicable:
- business-account contact data used for Djigbachats onboarding;
- WhatsApp Business integration metadata and encrypted access-token records;
- message logs, webhook events, and support-thread records retained by Im.Age systems;
- operator-access or technical audit records, subject to legal and security retention limits.
2. If you are a message recipient
If a business contacted you through Djigbachats, you should first ask that business to stop contacting you and to delete the recipient record it controls. If you also want Perspective GAIA SARL to review service-side log deletion, you may contact us using the procedure below.
3. If you are a business user
You may request deletion of your Djigbachats account-side data, integration metadata, and related support records. Deleting your Djigbachats service-side data does not automatically erase your local Im.Age Commerce business database stored on your device.
4. How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] with the subject Djigbachats data deletion request.
- Include the WhatsApp number involved, your business name if applicable, and whether you are a business user or a message recipient.
- Describe the scope of the request: account deletion, recipient-side log deletion, support-log deletion, or another specific erasure request.
- Where identity verification is needed, we may send an OTP or request additional proof that you control the relevant business account or phone number.
5. Optional opt-out shortcut for recipients
If your request is primarily to stop future messages, reply directly to the sending business with a clear stop instruction such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or the equivalent wording in your language. Businesses are responsible for honoring that request in their own customer records.
6. Processing time
We aim to process eligible deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed due to verification or legal review, we will inform you.
7. Data we may still retain
Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, accounting, or other legal obligations. When that happens, the retained data is restricted to those purposes only.
