Terms of service — Im.Age Djigbachats
The essentials. Im.Age Djigbachats lets verified businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to Im.Age tools, manage approved templates, and send customer messages such as loyalty codes, receipts, payment confirmations, and reminders. Businesses stay responsible for recipient data, message legality, and opt-out compliance.
1. Purpose
These terms of service govern access to and use of Im.Age Djigbachats, the WhatsApp campaign and customer-messaging extension published by Perspective GAIA SARL. They apply in addition to the general Im.Age Commerce terms and the software license terms where relevant.
2. Who may use the service
Im.Age Djigbachats is intended for legitimate businesses and authorized operators acting on behalf of those businesses. You may use the service only if:
- you are authorized to connect and use the relevant WhatsApp Business account;
- you provide accurate business and account information;
- you comply with applicable law, Meta platform rules, and these terms.
3. Service scope
The service may include business onboarding, WhatsApp Business connection, template publishing, outbound messaging, webhook processing, delivery-status tracking, support logs, and related compliance tooling. Features may evolve over time.
4. Business responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the phone numbers, names, and message variables you upload or send;
- ensuring each message has a lawful basis and fits the approved template category;
- honoring recipient opt-outs, stop requests, or market-specific consent rules;
- keeping your business credentials, phone access, and operators secure;
- reviewing messages before sending them to your customers.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use Im.Age Djigbachats to:
- send spam, phishing, harassment, misleading offers, or unlawful content;
- message recipients without the rights or lawful basis required in your market;
- impersonate another business or bypass Meta or Im.Age restrictions;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, tokens, templates, webhook flows, or logs;
- use the service in a way that harms recipients, Meta platform integrity, or other users.
6. Meta and third-party dependencies
The service depends in part on Meta WhatsApp Business infrastructure and may also rely on hosting or analytics vendors. We do not control third-party outages, platform-review timelines, or policy changes imposed by those providers.
7. Messaging and template approval
Template availability, approval, rejection, pausing, and quality enforcement may be controlled by Meta. We may limit, suspend, or remove access to messaging features where required for compliance, abuse prevention, or platform health.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful activity, repeated non-compliance, security risk, false business identity, or violation of these terms. We may also disable specific integrations, templates, or operators without disabling the entire business account.
9. Data protection and deletion
Use of the service is subject to the Im.Age Djigbachats privacy policy. If you want to request deletion of account-side or service-side data related to Djigbachats, use the dedicated data deletion request page.
10. Availability and warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful template approval, message delivery, or platform acceptance in every jurisdiction or scenario.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective GAIA SARL is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or recipient claims caused by message content, business misuse, platform rejection, or third-party outages. Businesses remain responsible for the content and lawfulness of their campaigns.
12. Changes
